The purpose of International Women’s Day is to bring attention to the social, political, economic, and cultural issues that women face, and to advocate for the advance of women within all those areas.
The North Central Labour Council organizes a breakfast every year to celebrate the gains and successes that have occured. There is a motivational speaker and a chance to talk with fellow minded woman and yes even men.
Your local has purchased a table of 10 tickets. Please email Dale if you would like to receive a ticket. If more than 10 people apply we will have a raffle to determine the 10 people.
The breakfast this year will be held Saturday March 7, 2020 at 9am, Coast Inn of the North
